The Pearce Law Firm in Philadelphia is pleased to offer The Pearce Law Firm – Empowering Women In Law Scholarship. This scholarship opportunity is open to women nationwide who are currently attending a law school in the United States. This scholarship is intended to encourage & support outstanding achievement & leadership by example from women in the field of law.

This award will be presented to a current female law student for the following academic year in the amount of $2,000.00 & will be paid at the beginning of the fall semester (2015).

  • Requirements

    • This scholarship is judged & awarded primarily on academic achievement, school & community activities, demonstrated leadership abilities & financial need.
    • The scholarship must be submitted, in full, by December 31, 2014. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
    • The applicant must be a current female law student.
    • Applicant will have successfully completed at least one semester of law school but will not yet have graduated by fall semester of 2015.
    • Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0.
    • A transcript must be attached for application to be considered.
    • An unopened copy of transcripts, sent from the applicant’s most recent law school will be required from finalists before award is presented.
    • This scholarship is a one-time award worth $2,000.
    • Although not required, applicants are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and/or resumes to substantiate their application.
