Travel on busy highways across Philadelphia and New Jersey can be hazardous enough without the added danger of drivers choosing to behave in a reckless manner. The loss of control of a vehicle can expose motorists in other lanes to extreme risk and provide them with little chance of steering clear of a collision.
The Insurance Information Institute detailed the deadly hazards reckless drivers can present to themselves and other motorists. Over a five year span, it was calculated that aggressive driving factored into 56% of fatal crashes across the country. In that study, excessive speed ended up being the number one factor that led to those accidents.

Support for Philadelphia and New Jersey Accident Victims
Victims in serious accidents can be left with life-altering injuries and facing a long, expensive recovery. In tragic cases, families can also be victimized when the news of a lost loved one reaches them. The love and emotional support and guidance of a beloved family member can be taken in an instant and leave close relatives facing grief and heartache for the rest of their lives.
When families are confronted with the overwhelming consequences of an accident, they are allowed to bring a wrongful death claim forward against the at-fault driver or drivers and their insurance companies. Compensation earned through this civil lawsuit can help protect the family from financial hardships by covering the costs of ambulance and hospital fees and funeral expenses. A spouse, the children, or the parents of the victim may also be facing the sudden loss of monetary support the deceased provided the family through his or her job. These wages can be compensated to ensure close relatives remain financially stable in the years to come.
For victims injured in an accident, the cost of your recovery should not fall directly on your shoulders. Those drivers responsible for your injury should be on the hook for every medical expense as you heal through their insurance coverage. The wages you’ve lost while having to miss hours at work can also be restored. A claim for damages can allow you the chance to rebuild your health and your life without the worry of going bankrupt.
