Contingent Fees

“No Recovery, No Fee”
A contingent fee means that unless your accident attorney is successful in obtaining monetary compensation for you, you do not owe any attorneys’ fees. It is called a contingent fee because the attorney getting paid is contingent upon you getting paid. If your accident attorney is able to get compensation for you — whether by a negotiated settlement or trial — then attorneys’ fees are a percentage of the amount recovered on your behalf. If no recovery is made, no fee is due.

Costs and Expenses
Expenses are paid from your percentage of any recovery. If you have questions about how contingent fee arrangements work, or about any other legal matter, please feel free to call or e-mail us today. Our initial accident attorney consultation is always free.
