After a fatal pedestrian accident
If you ever receive the heartbreaking news that a loved one was hit by another driver, you should know that:
1. If a negligent driver or company contributed to your loved one’s death, a successful wrongful death case can bring compensation for lost income, lost companionship and guidance, medical, funeral and burial expenses. It can also provide closure.
2. You deserve an immediate and in depth investigation into the facts of your family member’s death by a quality, compassionate and effective Philadelphia law firm. While you are still grieving, an insurer is looking for ways to minimize or eliminate their financial exposure.
3. Multiple parties could be liable, especially when the accident involves a truck, bus, van or other commercial vehicle. An experienced attorney will discover all responsible parties.
