Insurance and multiple vehicle accidents
After any accident involving a serious injury or a death, unfortunately, insurers will usually attempt to shift blame away from themselves to save money. This comes as people are trying to recover or grieve for their loved ones.
This is especially true in accidents involving multiple vehicles or truck accidents. What started out as a minor property damage accident can escalate into a multiple fatality tragedy in a matter of seconds.
Additionally, if a trucking company was to blame, or partially at fault, matters become more complex quickly as truckers and trucking companies have sophisticated insurance companies who are prepared to fight claims.
