Super Bowl LII is taking place in far away Minneapolis Minnesota, however most Eagles fans will be watching them beat the Patriots right here in Philadelphia. At least, that’s what most people in Philly are hoping will happen!

While people all over the country will be enjoying this year’s Super Bowl responsibly, it is indeed one of the drunkest days in America. Unfortunately, just like on Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve or Memorial Day, there will be an more intoxicated drivers on the road than usual. When intoxicated drivers get behind the wheel, there are accidents. When there are accidents, there are injuries.

Contact us right away after an injury involving a DWI driver

If you are injured by an intoxicated driver on game day, contact us right away for a free consultation. We are experienced DWI accident attorneys representing clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

It is important to have qualified legal representation after an accident with a drunk driver because the individual charged with DWI is probably going to fight the charge. Should he or she successfully overturn the DWI charge, it could have an impact on your case.

Don’t drive drunk

All across America, deputies and police will be sacrificing watching the game to help keep roads as safe as possible for everyone. DWI Enforcement Teams are hitting the streets in New Jersey and police in Pennsylvania will be cracking down as well. Driving drunk is an easy way to lose your license or hurt someone innocent and get sued. Many injured people do not want to sue you but to get properly compensated by your insurance company that may very well be what has to take place. So, if you’re going to drink please plan ahead with a DD and have a fantastic Super Bowl Sunday.
