2018 is here and so is the snow. Extremely cold temperatures hit the entire East Coast, and that includes Philadelphia. It was so bad, Philadelphia declared a Snow Emergency on Thursday, January 4, 2018. Motorists were urged to stay off of the roads and there are official snow emergency routes. Some called it a Nor’easter, others called it a “Bomb Cyclone”, a couple media outlets called it “Winter Storm Brody” and the Weather Channel has been calling it “Winter Storm Grayson”. With all of the media hype combined with no snow on the ground Thursday AM, some people got on the roads anyways.
