Nicole Vitale is an associate at the Pearce Law Firm, P.C. In addition to her experience on behalf of Plaintiffs, Ms. Vitale has worked on behalf of Defendants in both the corporate defense and in-house counsel settings for insurance companies. Her experience on both sides of the table gives Ms, Vitale an edge, as she can provide a well-balanced evaluation of each claim and is able to maximize settlement values, as she is aware of the “tricks of the trade.” While she has substantial success in resolving claims prior to trial, she is always preparing to take a matter to trial and has successfully tried more than 75 matters to verdict throughout a variety of jurisdictions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Vitale received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007. She also traveled to London for study, where she received a certification from the world-renowned University of Oxford.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
